Yes. All membership tiers provide access and discounts at every Bay24 location nationwide.
How does the booking discount work?
Your discount is applied automatically at checkout. If you're a Pro member, every booking is 10% off the standard price — no code needed.
How does the punch card work?
Every completed booking accumulates hours toward your next free hour. Amateur members earn a free hour after every 10 hours played, Pro after 8, and Black after just 6. Hours only count after your session is completed.
What does "excluded from peak pricing" mean?
Black members always pay the standard rate, even during high-demand time slots (evenings, weekends) when prices may normally increase.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact us or manage your subscription through your dashboard.
Is there a contract or commitment?
